Job summary

Lebanon Health Center in Lebanon, PA, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join Penn Medicine's team. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities across pediatric to geriatric populations in accordance with physician orders and ethical standards.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, PA licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of general PT experience; a Master of Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with PA licensure.
• Master of Science degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of general physical therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient history and set treatment goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Coordinate with patient, family and treatment team.
• Supervise assistants and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
