Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining IN licensure to work in outpatient settings. This contract position features an 8-hour schedule and responsibility for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of PT experience, outpatient background, and a current IN PT license. Centra offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to work across the United States.
