Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) to work in Outpatient in Alabama. This contract role features a 5x8 days schedule and carries accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values and goals.

Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience and a current PT license in the state of practice. Centra offers a range of benefits and a pathway to licensure as needed.

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
