Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in CO to work in outpatient settings on a contract basis. Eight-hour shift schedule with responsibility for delivering high-quality outpatient care.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year ofRecent outpatient PT experience and an active CO PT license. The role supports the organization’s mission while offering competitive compensation and flexible opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient PT experience is required.
• Current PT license in the state of practice (CO).
