Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating and updating treatment plans, documenting progress, and contributing to department quality initiatives. A Doctorate is preferred, with CPR and PT certifications required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, and EMR systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical knowledge and applies evidence-based practices.
• Establishes and adapts individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Oversees PT assistants and rehab aides per standards.
• Monitors productivity and adjusts hours to patient needs.
• Supports safety and quality initiatives in the department.
