Job summary

Seattle Hill Physical Therapy in Snohomish County seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, is licensed or eligible in Washington, and collaborates well with a multidisciplinary team. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using the clinic system.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.
