Job summary

• 2–3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification and California PT licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care with assessment and treatment, executing individualized plans.
• Perform initial evaluation and document functional goals and timelines.
• Communicate with referring physicians to coordinate care and plan of care.
• Supervise PTA, aides, students and volunteers as schedules dictate.
• Maintain accurate daily billing and clinical schedule; participate in meetings and initiatives.
