Candidates must hold a NJ license, CPR/BLS, HIPAA training, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience in outpatient ortho preferred; travel between network Care Centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compliance with NJ Board of Physical Therapy Examiners continuing competency requirements.
• Completion of compliance training including HIPAA and coding integrity.
• No current or pending licensure discipline or exclusion from Medicare/Medicaid.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/transfer patients up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between Care Center locations within the network.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Ensure compliance with NJ regulations and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Travel between Care Center locations within the network as needed.
