Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT for a direct hire/permanent position in a outpatient setting. The role involves a daytime schedule and accountability for aligning with the organization's vision, values, mission, and goals.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited PT program, hold current state licensure as a PT, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
