Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure to work in the Outpatient setting. This is a direct hire / permanent placement position.

You will join a network focused on delivering compassionate patient care and will be expected to uphold Centra’s mission while providing high-quality therapy services. Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience and a current license in the state

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of practice to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:
