Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and eligible for Washington licensure.
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience; elderly care preferred.
• Licensed in WA as a PT or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance.
• Observe, record and report the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in condition.
• Instruct and advise patients, family and other health team members in the phases of physical therapy.
• Evaluate and regularly re-evaluate patient progress.
