Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Orange County and surrounding communities since 1992.

We are seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation with hands-on therapy, education, and progress monitoring in Huntington Beach, CA. Competitive salary and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate progress notes using Raintree per regulations.
• Educate patients and families on rehab processes and home exercise programs.
