Qualifications

• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients and facilities.

Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Bonus: $3,000 and indefinite student loan help

Schedule: Full-time, 40 Hours, Two Evenings

As part of the Select Sports network, our center offers the opportunity to work alongside clinicians who are passionate about sports medicine, injury prevention, and performance enhancement for active individuals throughout Anne Arundel County.

You’ll be supported by a large, collaborative clinical team that values mentorship, professional growth, and clinical excellence. We welcome licensed Physical Therapist Assistants at all experience levels who are interested in orthopedics, vestibular, and oncology rehabilitation.

New graduates will benefit from a structured mentorship program designed to ease the transition into practice and build confidence from day one. Once established, our PTAs typically treat just 11-12 patients per day, allowing ample time to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 40-hour workweek that includes two evenings until 7:30 PM. Your last patient is scheduled an hour before your shift ends.
