Outpatient Physical Therapist - 40 hours/week

Join our team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Gloucester, MA, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Position Details:

• Work Shift: Day shift with two evening shifts until 7:30 pm per week
• Location: Gloucester, MA, a historic seaport with beaches, parks, and waterfront attractions
• Facility: Addison Gilbert Hospital, a 79-bed acute care hospital serving the Cape Ann community

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient mobility and motor functions for functional performance
• Provide goal-directed, activity-oriented treatments to promote independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Educate patients, families, and community members

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS certification
