Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist licensure; candidates awaiting licensure encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services with professionalism and compassion.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT).
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs to maximize functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and professional practice standards.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical software efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
