Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient team in Springfield, MA. This permanent, on-site role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a guaranteed annual bonus, with a productivity incentive.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop outpatient plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with PTAs and providers. Caseload is designed for ~14 patients per day with 30-minute blocks, supporting quality care rather than high volume.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient’s needs and progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
