Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient rehab services. The role includes 40 hours per week with clinic hours M-Thu 7a-7p and Fri 7a-5p, plus two later shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• Massachusetts Physical Therapist Licensure is required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops a treatment plan with goals.
• Applies treatment and trains patients and families on carryover techniques.
• Completes necessary documentation within department standards and 24 hours.
• Provides information to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
