Bronson Battle Creek is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. You will provide individualized, one-on-one patient care within a 1:1 treatment model to help patients recover from injury, surgery and musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one patient care using evidence-based interventions.
• Establish functional goals, monitor progress, and modify plans of care as needed.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record.
• Supervise PTAs, support staff, students, and volunteers as assigned.
• Participate in process improvement and departmental initiatives.
