Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary MN license.
• 0 to 1 year experience in Physical Therapy (new grads welcome!).
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the patient and family during Evaluation/Re-evaluation.
• Developing an individualized plan of care.
• Implementing and modifying the plan of care based on reassessment.
