DCS Clinical in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a flexible full- or part-time schedule and a supportive, collaborative environment focused on individualized treatment and professional development.

You will provide orthopedic, chronic pain, and rehab services in-person, with mentorship for new graduates and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Must have a DPT degree and CA license or eligibility.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Santa Monica, California.

Our practice helps patients restore function, manage pain, and return to the activities that support their health and well-being. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values individualized treatment and ongoing professional development.

We provide specialized care in orthopedics, chronic pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.

• Outpatient or private practice experience preferred, but not required
