Job description

Total Compensation: $46.85-$49.77/hour*

• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Varied and rotating shifts; possible weekend and holiday inpatient rotation.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week; compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: November 30, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Call or callback coverage may apply; additional compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Travel between patient homes or assigned worksites is part of the role.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00-$22.92.
