Job summary

MPOWER Physical Therapy in Franklin, TN is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

You’ll participate in ongoing education, maintain schedules, complete documentation, and mentor technicians in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral level degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a physician office or orthopedic setting (new graduates must demonstrate superior ability to perform through a clinical affiliation or by other comparable means).
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Tennessee.
• Extensive training in orthopedic care and manual therapy preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in exercise physiology, biomechanics and exercise prescription.
• Ability to manage treatment of multiple patients, administer appropriate modalities and supervise technicians.
• Working knowledge of billing issues, CPT codes and basic knowledge of insurance related issues.
• Comfortable effectively using MS office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Great verbal and written communication
• Neat and professional appearance
• Able to maintain company legal and professional confidentiality requirements across employees, patients, and clients
