Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its Sport Medicine and Rehab team. The role supports public outreach, adapts to patient census, and oversees PT assistants while maintaining clinical standards.

Qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and licensure as a PT or PT-TEMP with BLS certification. Competitive pay and relocation/sign-on bonuses are available.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants

• Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus for Eligible Applicants

• Shift: Monday - Friday

• Location: Sport Medicine and Rehab 400 Celebration Plaza Celebration, FL

• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.

• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.

• Practices principles of professional development by maintaining clinical competencies, using best and/or evidence-based practices, and serving as a clinical instructor. Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards.

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.

• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationship
