Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R.
• Eligible for an Ohio Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director of the outpatient limb loss service line.
• Collaborate with the limb loss therapy team and Military Medicine.
• Participate in training, research, and scholarly pursuits.
