• MD or DO required with board certification or board eligibility.
• State of Ohio medical licensure and DEA registration required.
• Completion of an accredited residency in PM&R; fellowship in sub-specialty preferred where applicable.

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation services at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital and outpatient PM&R clinics.
• Contribute to training, research, and scholarly activities; participate in committees and professional meetings.
