Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls and make outbound calls.
• Select medications for refill based on patient requests.
• Bill prescriptions and complete electronic documentation.
• Assist pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as permitted by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
