Qualifications

• Virginia Board of Pharmacy registration and active license throughout employment.
• CPhT certification maintained during employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; ability to serve diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered customer service for prescription drop-off and pickup.
• Enter and process prescription orders in the pharmacy system; consult with pharmacist as needed.
• Retrieve, count, label, and prepare medications for pharmacist verification.
• Create and maintain accurate patient profiles including demographics, allergies, insurance, and med histories.
• Assist with 340B program compliance and Lunera policies.
• Support inventory management and regulatory documentation.
