Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in Tennessee in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; 5 years in designated role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all outpatient pharmacy operations to meet patient needs as determined by leadership.
• Provide high-quality pharmacy services and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure safe outcomes.
• Promote superb customer service and expedite processing of patient orders.
• Orient new and existing employees and maintain training materials and competency checklists.
• Monitor revenue cycle, inventory, and cost centers; ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
