Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy.
• Current Texas Pharmacist license; out-of-state licensed pharmacist allowed for non-distribution roles while pursuing Texas licensure.
• Specialty certifications (CACP, CNSC, BCNSP, BCOP, BCPS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacological information to customers and patients.
• Organize and direct technicians' workflow; verify preparation, labeling, orders, charges, and inspections.
• Process, check and dispense prescription medications.
• Maintain vaccination certification and related requirements.
