Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist I to support the Fort Peck Service Unit in northeastern Montana, serving Poplar and Wolf Point on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. Responsibilities

• Chart and order review: Screen patient medical charts and cross-reference new medication orders with lab results, vital signs, and recorded allergies.
• Dispensing and accuracy: Process, fill, and double-check prescriptions to ensure the correct drug, dosage, and form are dispensed.
• Patient Care and Education: Counsel patients on proper medication therapy, administration, and potential side effects.
• Provider Collaboration: Work closely with medical providers and the broader clinic team to optimize patient drug therapies.
• Clinical Safety: Monitor for adverse drug reactions, manage emergency interventions if necessary, and conduct controlled substance audits.
