Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a licensed Pharmacist to safeguard medication safety and access in a high-need, culturally rich setting serving Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Southern Paiute communities.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with potential extension, offering on-site lodging options and a compact 40-hour work week schedule. Expect 100-120 prescriptions daily and active involvement in MTM, transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and current Arizona pharmacist license (or eligibility).
• One or more years hospital or ambulatory pharmacy experience with proven error-free dispensing.
• Demonstrated patient-counseling skill in diverse, underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Prescription processing, validation, and insurance verification.
• Clinical review for drug interactions and dosage appropriateness.
• Pharmacist verification prior to dispensing and patient counseling.
• MTM services including comprehensive medication reviews and disease management.
