UnityPoint Health is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacist to join our Meriter UW Health team. This role entails clinical and distributive tasks to ensure safe filling of prescriptions and guiding patients on medication use.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, 1–3 years as a retail pharmacist, and current Wisconsin pharmacist licensure with vaccine administration certification within 1 year of hire. Our benefits package supports you across life stages.

Shift: Monday-Friday: Hours between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM with weekends (8:45 AM - 4:45 PM) and holidays based on department needs

The Outpatient Pharmacist at Meriter will perform clinical and distributive tasks to ensure safe and efficient filling of patients' prescriptions, smooth functioning of the Outpatient Pharmacy, and patient understanding of their medications. The pharmacist will perform additional clinical tasks to encourage the health and wellness of their patients and prevent/resolve suboptimal medication usage.
