Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school with residency completed.
• Board certification in specialty; must be kept current.
• Unrestricted Virginia medical license and DEA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician services in clinic and other locations within scope.
• Document health histories and physicals and initiate appropriate therapy.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and coordinate care with the health team.
