Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and be proficient with standard software.
• Strong mathematical skills for dosing, calculations and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of patient equipment (vitals monitoring, suction, defibrillator) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the established plan and RN scope of practice.
• Develop and update patient plans of care with the interdisciplinary team and family.
• Assess patient status, identify priorities, and document findings accurately.
• Monitor quality of care and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Identify learning needs and educate patients/families using clear language.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and policy requirements.
