Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for our Outpatient team in Orange Park, FL. You will complete new patient evaluations, customize treatment plans, and implement care programs to help patients regain function and independence.

You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy across multiple diagnoses, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Ability to prescribe and fit orthoses preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses.
• Maintain positive patient experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Communicate skills effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care in a collaborative setting.
