Job summary

Pediatrica Health Group Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient pediatrics team. You will provide patient-centered care in a physician-led environment, with opportunities for professional growth and a generous bonus program.

Candidates should have active Florida ARNP credentials, PNP certification, and at least 1 year of pediatric experience. This full-time, in-person role offers a collaborative culture and daytime hours in a family-centered clinic.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Active Florida ARNP license or ability to obtain.
PNP certification required.
FNPs with pediatric experience may be considered.
At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong EHR and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including medical history and physical exams.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and treatment plans.
Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
