Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Certified Dietitian license through WA DOH within 90 days of hire.
• Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years clinical dietetics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing medical nutrition therapy.
• Promote wellness and intervening in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices for hospitalized and outpatient populations.
• Assess patients' needs, create and revise individualized care plans, provide education and document actions per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service in support of our values while serving a diverse population.
