Central Maine Healthcare in Rumford, Maine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice. This is an outpatient-only, community-focused opportunity within a growing healthcare network.

Physicians will provide comprehensive care to adult and family medicine patients while collaborating with specialists and hospital-based providers within CMH. Excellent work-life balance and supportive team.

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Maine medical licensure.
• DEA certification or eligibility.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits.
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
