Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians for a premier outpatient practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This permanent position offers a generous first-year package with a $350,000 base salary plus a $50,000 signing bonus and strong upside through productivity bonuses and leadership opportunities.

The role focuses on adult outpatient care (18+), a 5-day work week with about 3 patients per hour, and full administrative support.

Qualifications

• MD degree from US-accredited medical schools (preferred).
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license and DEA registration (or eligible).
• 2–3 years of clinical experience with credentialing and licensing clearances.
• Strong commitment to long-term growth and establishing a loyal patient base.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient care for adult patients (18+).
• 5-day work week with ~3 patients per hour.
• Use of eClinicalWorks with AI ambient documentation.
• RN triage, inbox support, and on-site/remote care teams.
• Administrative tasks handled by team with high insurance collections.
