Job summary

The Occupational Therapist in Statesville provides outpatient evaluations and therapy services ordered by physicians, following agency policies and standards of practice. Qualifications

• Active NC OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• Orientation includes age and population specific skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and therapy as ordered by physician.
• Develop and administer OT treatment programs to maximize function and independence.
• Work independently under Rehab Director guidance in outpatient setting.
• Coordinate schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–13:00.
