Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment programs across multiple locations. You will supervise fieldwork students and collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings while promoting department safety.

Required education includes a Doctoral or Master's degree in OT, plus BLS certification and PA/NJ licensure based on work location. CPR certification is also expected or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Required OT degree (Doctoral or Master) from accredited program.
• BLS certification required upon hire or within 30 days.
• Current OT license in PA or NJ, based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Implements treatment programs at multiple locations (in/outpatient).
• Supervises OT students, volunteers and fieldwork students.
• Communicates and documents patient-related information timely.
• Represents OT in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Assists in training and cross-training OT personnel.
• Promotes safety daily and participates in in-services.
• Provides back-up for therapists during vacations.
