Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide coordinated OT care for patients of all ages under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

You will support treatment plans, mobility and safety activities, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and PA/NJ OTA license, with BLS certification either on hire or within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in PA or NJ depending on work location.
• BLS certification required at hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Administer OT treatment plans under supervision of licensed OT.
• Support ROM, strength, adaptive equipment, and safety in ADL performance.
• Coordinate with facility staff and PT to plan rehab.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Assist in discharge planning with OTR.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff as needed.
