SustainableHR is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient and outpatient care in McPherson, Kansas. You will work in a community hospital setting with diverse clinical duties and mentorship opportunities for new graduates.

Compensation includes $38–$46 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development in a supportive community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current Kansas OT license or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients based on individual needs and goals.
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Assist in planning, developing, and promoting therapy programs.
• Present educational in-services to staff as appropriate.
• Assist with general operation of the therapy department.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with care team to support positive outcomes.
