Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA).
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) - IDFPR (Illinois).
• Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Demonstrates safe body mechanics and assists with transfers.
• Educates patients and families using clear, effective methods.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts therapy based on response.
• Documents assessments and plans of care per policy.
• Supervises COTA and rehab technicians per regulations.
• Communicates status and discharge needs to the medical team.
