AdventHealth in Ocala, FL seeks an Occupational Therapist for a full-time day shift to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, supervise OT assistants, and participate in professional development and quality initiatives. A Master’s in Occupational Therapy is preferred with additional certifications being advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree preferred in Occupational Therapy
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience helpful
• Ability to read/write/speak English fluently

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Develops, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals, activities, and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using objective terminology; discharge when appropriate.
• Supervises OT assistants and rehabilitation aides according to regulations.
• Educates patients and caregivers and participates in community education.
