Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, Florida seeks an Occupational Therapist for outpatient, StaffFlex contract. Rate is $70.00 per hour for a 13-week assignment, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, no on-call.

Performs initial evaluations, develops treatment plans, and uses evidence-based rehab to maximize daily living independence. Requires 2+ years clinical OT experience, bachelor's degree (master's preferred), and OT license.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops OT treatment plans.
• Performs initial evaluations within time standards.
• Collaborates with patient, family and health-care team for discharge planning.
• Documents patient care activities for billing and records.
