Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient care under a StaffFlex contract. The role runs Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a pay rate increase and a 13-week term.

Requires evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based approaches. You will create and adjust individualized plans, collaborate with the rehab team and families, and document progress for continuity of care and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Doctorate preferred.
• Field of Study: Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per department protocol.
• Develop and modify treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with family and care team for discharge planning.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes for billing and quality.
