Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in the San Diego area. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with a collaborative, therapist-focused team and growth opportunities at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Lemon Grove.

The role offers competitive pay from $85,000 to $115,000+ base, monthly incentive bonuses up to $2,500, and student loan repayment up to $25,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing mentorship.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercise programs.
