Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC. is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the San Diego area, including El Cajon. You will assess, treat, and guide patients to regain mobility and manage pain within a collaborative, therapist‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-required credentials.
• Experience or proficiency in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mobility, pain, and functional goals.
• Create individualized treatment plans using modalities and therapeutic exercises.
• Lead and document patient progress with clear, timely notes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
