Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift, assist, and transfer patients (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education.
• Complete, accurate, and compliant daily treatment notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education as required.
